Itinerary
Day 01 : Arrival Hanoi
To day , upon arrival Noi Bai airport you will be met by our English-speaking tour guide and transferred to Hanoi –the unique city Tree-line Boulevard, French colonial architectures, peaceful lakes and oriental temples Hanoi

Day 02 : Hanoi
Morning start our tour to discover Hanoi , a peacefull city with beautifull trees and lakes , the city has thousand years of history and culture . Drive over the French quarter , that can explain why this city so called “ Paris of East “ before visiting Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum , President palace , President garden , his house on stilt and one pillar pagoda . Then visit Temple of Literature .- the central of culture of Hanoi. Lunch at restaurant
Afternoon visit Ethnology museum in which you study the great outline of 54 ethnics people living in Vietnam . Back to the center of the city for one hour cyclo trip around old quarter of Hanoi. Your tour will concluded with great experience of water puppet show – the unique art of Vietnames people from red river delta. Free for Dinner

Day 03 : Cooking in heritage cottage & Bat Trang ceramic village
Morning cooking class : The participants will be dressed in the northern part of Vietnam ‘s traditional costume , take a walk to the local market where they get chance to learn about Vietnamese ingredients and prepare food for the lesson . After that depart for the heritage cottage 30 km from Hanoi , The family will introduce how to cook some East northern part of Vietnam ‘s traditional dishes such as : spring rolls , stuffed pancake , Vietnamese salad . Afternoon, On the way back to Hanoi visit Bat trang ceramic village, explore the history of bat trang village and the products. Dinner at a Hanoi ‘s restaurant

Day 04 : Hanoi – Halong Bay
Morning depart for Halong Bay , we go through the scenic countryside , the wondrous Halong bay is truly one of Vietnam ‘s most impressive scenic sight .After arriving Halong bay boarding the deluxe junk cruise . Enjoy welcome drink and lunch of freshly caught seafood served on board the exciting cruise will provide us a fantastic view of the picturesque scenery blending with the sky and some 3000 limestone island rising amazing from the clear and emerald water
After lunch you will have chance to take a swim and sunbath on the sundeck . Late afternoon visit an interesting fishing village with opportunity to interact with fish men who have been living in the bay for almost three generations. At sunset time, kayak or simply take a bamboo rowboat to discover a water tunnel with many coral reefs in a scenic lagoon

Day 05 : Halong bay – Hanoi – Hue
Waking up enjoy the sunrising over the bay . after breakfast visit beautiful limestone grotto then back to the boat forfinal glimpse of Ha long bay while cruising back to the dock .

Day 06 : Hue – Cooking class
This morning take the Tour to visit Imperial citadel then drive through country side to visit Tu Duc Royal tomb ( or Khai Dinh Tomb ). Lunch at restaurant . Afternoon Join the cooking class at Huong Giang Hotel , you will have chance to learn how to decor the royal cuisine with vegetables and fruits . Dinner after the class

Day 07 : Hue – Danang – Hoi An
This morning take the boat trip on perfume river to visit Thien Mu , a beautiful pogoda . After that depart Hue for Hoi An , we will cross Hai van pass where you will have magnificient view of china sea . Stop at Lang co to have break . Arrive at Danang, visiting the fascinating Cham museum and famous china beach enroute to charm Hoi An , the little attractive town very famous as living museum of major trading centers of SouthEast Asia in the 16th century. Lunch in a restaurant. Afternoon take a walking tour to Hoi An ancient town . Visit Phuc kien congressional assembly hall , Japanese Cover bridge and Tan ky ancient house. Evening free at leisure and free for Dinner

Day 08 : Hoi An cooking Tours
At 9am we walk the short distance from Dao Tien restaurant to the colourful Hoi An market and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy place.
You will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson
We board the boat for a leisurely cruise (20 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Hoi An Garden cooking school. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy
On arrival, after we freshen up we start our cooking lesson. The lesson runs for about 2 hours. The Hoi An Garden restaurant head-chef, first demonstrates the correct preparation of each dish before you prepare, under his guidance, the same dishes yourselves. Included in the lesson is an introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). At midday, after the lesson, you sit down to enjoy the food you have just cooked.. During cooking class you can prepare the Hoi An traditional dishes such as : Hoi An pancake with prok , shrimp , herbs , bean sprouts and peanut sauce , Hoi An special noodle ( Cao Lau ) , Shrip panda parcel with herbs
Afternoon free for leisure and shopping around the ancient town. Free for Dinner

Day 09 : Hoi An – Danang / Saigon
After breakfast transfer to Danang for a short flight to Ho Chi Minh city , which is former known as Saigon , you will be pick up at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Lunch at a restaurant
After lunch take the city tour include : Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Post Office, and the War Museum where we can view the photos of American & Vietnam War. Stop at the Reunification Palace; a glimpse into the lifestyle of the democratic regime of former South Vietnam for taking photos , and visit bent hanh Market . Free for Dinner

Day 10 : Saigon Cooking Tours - Cu chi Tunnels – Saigon
This morning you will join in the morning cooking tour ou will have the opportunity to learn a selection of favourites dishes, an ability to recognize the basic ingredients both at the Center and with a trip to the colourful central food market, the blending of these many ingredients and spices to create the famous "nuoc mam" (fish sauce) as well as cooking of the multitude of different rices
Apart from the preparation and cooking under the Chef guidance, you will be introduced to the traditional Vietnamese kitchen with cooking utensils still closely linked to the Vietnamese way of life in the past, you will learn a touch of oriental science with the Yin-Yang balance to respect, some of the history of Vietnamese Cuisine from its roots in the Hue Citadel Imperial Cuisine to the effects of various influences from both the West and other Eastern Cultures.Finally you will understand the intricacies of the Vietnamese dining Etiquette and the technique to master the chopsticks! After cooking class time, leave Saigon drive to Cu Chi Tunnels, an incredible underground system covering nearly 250km, was shelter to over 16,000 locals and communist guerrillas during the war.Late afternoon transfer back to Saigon. Day 11: Saigon – Cai be – Vinh Long – Saigon
Morning departure for Mekong Delta (Vinh Long Province), drive overland to Cai Be, in the heart of the Mekong Delta. On arrival Cai Be, board a sampan boat to visit Cai Be floating market experience how local people exchanging their goods, fruit and many other commodities on the river. Continue to Vinh Long through small canals. Enjoy lunch with fresh food in the heart of fruit garden. Visit an old colonial house, a rice corn factory.
Late afternoon we drive back to Saigon. Dinner at restaurant

Day 12 : Saigon –Departure
