Day 01: Arrival in Hanoi
Welcome on arrival at Hanoi ’s Noi Bai International airport by our guide and transferred to your hotel. Free at leisure. Enjoy welcome dinner at a chic restaurant

Day 02: Hanoi Cooking in a heritage cottages and city tour
Morning cooking class: The participants will be dressed in the northern part of Vietnam ‘s traditional costume, take a walk to the local market where they get chance to learn about Vietnamese ingredients and prepare food for the lesson . After that depart for the heritage cottage 30 km from Hanoi, the family will introduce how to cook some East northern part of Vietnam ‘s traditional dishes such as: spring rolls, stuffed pancake, Vietnamese salad
Afternoon return back to the city for one hour cyclo trip around old quarter of Hanoi, and visit Hoan Kiem lake and Ngoc Son temple
Your tour will concluded with great experience of water puppet show . Free for Dinner.

Day 03: Hanoi – Halong
Morning depart to Halong bay through Red river delta, Upon arrival to Halong, embark to the Junk and set sail through bay while lunch is served . Passage in the picturesque “ dragon descending to the sea “ Bay has 1969 limestone islets rising from the sea, many of them contain grottoes .
15: 00 Visiting Vung Vieng Floating Fishing Village, unique trip by traditional rowing boat and Thung Cave . Late afternoon free for swimming, relax and enjoy sunset with cocktails. Enjoy set fresh seafood dinner.

Day 04: Ha Long – Hanoi/Hue
Waking up enjoy the sunrise over the bay . After breakfast visit beautiful limestone grotto then back to the boat for final glimpse of Halong bay while cruising back to the dock . Lunch at a local restaurant before transfer back to Hanoi, direct to the airport . Take the late flight to Hue . Free for Dinner

Day 05: Hue
A full day visit of the former imperial capital of Vietnam starts with a boat trip on the romantically named Perfume River to Hue's best-known religious site, Thien Mu Pagoda. Then, we continue to the Imperial Citadel from where the Nguyen Dynasty ruled between 1802 and 1945. Cyclo ride through the Quarter just outside the Citadel to visit Dong Ba market . Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon visit the mausoleum of former Emperor Tu Duc and Emperor Khai Dinh. Free for Dinner

Day 06: Hue–Danang–Hoi An
This morning we will cross Hai van pass where you will have magnificent view of sea. Arrive at Danang , visiting the fascinating Cham museum and famous china beach en route to charm Hoi An, the little attractive town very famous as living museum of major trading centers of South East Asia in the 16th century. Lunch in a restaurant
Afternoon take a walking tour to Hoi An ancient town . Visit Phuc kien congressional assembly hall , Japanese Cover bridge and Tan ky ancient house. Evening free at leisure and free for dinner

Day 07: Hoi An–Danang/Saigon city tour (Ho Chi Minh city)
After breakfast transfer to Danang for a short flight to Ho Chi Minh city, which is former known as Saigon, you will be pick up at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Lunch in a restaurant. Take the city tour include : Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Post Office. Stop at the Reunification Palace and visit Ben Thanh market. Free for Dinner

Day 08: Saigon–Cai Be–Vinh Long- Saigon
Morning departure for Mekong Delta, drive overland to Cai Be, in the heart of the Mekong Delta. On arrival Cai Be, board a sampan boat to visit Cai Be floating market experience how local people exchanging their goods, fruit and many other commodities on the river. Continue to Vinh Long through small canals. Enjoy lunch with fresh food in the heart of fruit garden. Visit an old colonial house, a rice corn factory. Late afternoon we drive back to Saigon. Free for Dinner
